Privacy and cookies

BookAndFly has no accounts, sign-ups or forms. We don’t ask for your name or email address, and we don’t sell or share personal information.

What we measure

We use PostHog to count how the site is used: pages viewed, buttons and links clicked, searches made and errors that happen in the page. It runs without cookies, and it doesn’t keep an ID that follows you from one visit to the next. Each visit is anonymous. The data is processed in the United States.

When you click a partner link (an address starting with /go/), we log the time, the partner, the page you clicked from, the airports involved, your country and the type of device. We don’t store your IP address with it. This tells us which pages are useful.

What stays on your device

Your airport, the places you save, your lists and your light or dark theme are kept in your own browser’s storage. They never reach us, and you can clear them by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Partners and cookies

• Booking partners. When you follow a link to a partner such as Aviasales, Booking.com or Trip.com, the partner may set a cookie that records you came from us, so it can pay us a commission. From then on, the partner’s own privacy policy applies. See how we earn.
• Travelpayouts. A Travelpayouts script on our pages can turn plain links to travel brands into commission links. Travelpayouts and the brand may use cookies when you follow one.
• Flight search (search.bookandfly.co). Our flight search runs on the Aviasales engine and is provided by Travelpayouts. It uses cookies to remember your searches and filters, and asks before setting them.
• Videos. Videos play from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only when you press play.
• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes connection details, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and block attacks.

Your choices and rights

You can block cookies or clear site data in your browser; the site keeps working. Depending on where you live, including the UK, the EU and US states such as California, you have rights over personal information about you. Because we keep none that identifies you, there’s usually nothing to access or delete, but ask us and we’ll check: hello@bookandfly.co.
